That's stupid. It doesn't reflect a thing about your current situation. Years ago, I applied out of fear for my situation at the time and could have easily won my case. I don't recall them asking for that information. When I found out how little the help actually was, I opted to go to college and try to get a job using my brain instead of my brawn. Instead, I got help from friends and family that made my living situation a lot less expensive so I could continue on.
      Be happy!

      • financial need for SSI is extremely low...something like no more than $3000 for a
married couple....anyone with income much more than that would not be considered for
        SSI....

            • For those of you who believe in the power of prayer, I ask that you pray for my husband. He has a phone interview tomorrow for a position that he really would like. The job is in a great location with a very good salary as well as good benefits.

Thanks for prayers. They really help

                  • My husband had the telephone interview with HR manager who is in NYC.
The next step is go to to NYC and interview with the person who would be his boss
Finally, the last two candidates will go back to NYC to meet with the CFO

Thanks for the prayers and good wishes

                            • We are going to let the conversation flow with her direction. Whenever she wants to tell us that will be fine. I am just thrilled that she is going to be with us again. God is so great. Please keep on praying until she is on the plane out of NC. Also, pray that the last several problems will have answers soon
