mmmmm...for years i have needed custom made shoes, cause my feet are so messed up...very few shoes not custom made fit me...especially since i need a wide toebox but very narrow everywhere else...like AAA and AAAA heels! 
for example, the only sneakers i can wear are Saucony...they have the toebox and rest of sneaker in the proportion i need.
