I also think its possible.. I think its beacause since the spine is the "controller" of the human body and if the scoliosis degree is really high, it might damage something and can even get a part of you paralized..

Hi I'm new. But I just wanted to say that I think ScoliosisGirl is right because your spine is around your nerve cord which sends the messages to the brain to make you move and if your nerve cord gets damaged which could be from having a really high degree curve (I think -lol ) you could be paralized. And if you think of it that way scoliosis can be really serious although its common.
