I apologize if I put this in the wrong place, feel free to move it where you like.
I well find it where ever it is :P
I just give you a bit of back ground on me.
I had surgery for scoliosis when I was 18. I am 35 now.
They put rods in the top half of my back but not the bottom half.
I have a doable curve that is very noticeable with out any top on and I have a prompt right shoulder that is noticeable even with a top on.
I don't know the degree of my curve as Ive not had that looked at in a lot of years now. I do still think the bottom half of my spine moves around to how am feeling. My back cracks all the time. Its when it doesn't crack that it can hurt some times I get pain.
I have just burt myself an Inversion table to see if this can be of any benefit to me. Am not sure if its working or not but Ive not had it a day yet.
I was wondering if anyone else here has tried this hanging up side down thing and if they have had any luck with it. Am hoping I well not make anything woes.
I do try and exercise on my push bike sometimes but get out of breath faster then I should and I have just recently been trying to strengthen my stomach mussels as I have very weak stomach mussels and when I get tied I do tend to go moor over moor. Its seems to be making me stronger to stay moor up right now Ive strengthen my stomach a bit.
Just looking for advice and anything else I could be doing to help on here really
