My surgeon has come to my rescue again. What my pain management Doctor, Dr Hata, wanted to do was going to take several weeks which I don't have. So Dr Bederman called Dr Hata and got him to do a slightly different procedure. This should give me the same pain relief in less time than the other

I'm so impressed with Dr. Bederman. He has some very rare qualities in a doctor. The word that comes to mind is Humanitarian. Best of luck with the new procedure Melissa!Surgery March 3, 2009 at almost 58, now 63.

Well, today , Friday I had the test that Dr Bederman sent to Dr Hata for. It was a bi-lateral C2 selective nerve block . If this test gave me pain relief then the surgery that Dr Bederman could do would give me long term relief. Well, this is the best thing that has happened to me in a while. My neck feels great so now I have to get a surgical date with Dr Bederman so my neck will feel this good for a lot longer.
I am also going to have left side greater Troch injection and a bi-lateral intrarticular Hip Injections.
So life is looking good. I am hoping to get my hips done after the first of the year
Thanks everyone for your prayers and good wishes.Melissa

Melissa,
My computer has been acting up, so I haven't been on here for awhile. It's great to hear that your neck feels better and that there is a procedure to make the pain stop. It's about time for you to feel better! (((HUGS)))Be happy!
