    I am a T10 to L5 gal!!!
    Seems to be many of us out there. So I guess that's why the Doc says no competitive tennis & no golf. I have played a little tennis with my boys but I basically don't move my body & just swing the racket carefully...not too exciting but better than nothin'........Ly
    ...I used to be USTA rated & played competitively so it's now hard to be so limited..Augh!

      It does help! Sometimes the worry and anxiety take over a bit, but reading these mails helps with the positives!

      You're all doing amazing! Not sure I will be as 'active' (I've almost come to a standstill!) but it really shows it's possible! Thanks to all.

        Pam plays softball.

        Ed will soon be taking to the slopes.

        I scramble around in the mountains.

        We post-surgery folks can do AMAZING THINGS!

        And I can rock my grandbabies like nobody's business!!! lol!! (They are ages 1,2, & 3... so i can rock them now but not in a few years!!)
