hey guys
i havent logged on for a while so just catching up
im now also 8 months post op and altho i havent had a proper bath...
i can do pretty much everything else including picking up items off the floor by squatting. sometimes i do forget what iv had done (which is a good thing i think) and if i feel im over doing it i will use my pickie uppie thing that my physio gave me.
