2 month post-op visit

    Your progress is remarkable! I am on the same recovery schedule as you more or less as I had surgery 5/22. I still am unable to lift anything heavier than a gallon of milk, no bending, twisting (as you also pointed out). I am cleared to drive (although,I am not a driver) and go to the pool. I cannot go to the gym. The only exercise I can do other than swim, is walk and that has done wonders for me. Anyway, this is not about me it's about you and your wonderful progress. Congratulations, don't push yourself too hard and keep up the good work!
