    Dr. Sachs

    Hello Marcia,

    I noticed Linda mentioned Dr. Sach's at the Texas Back Institute in Plano.
    I second that recommendation. He is my surgeon and is a great doctor.
    I highly would suggest you at least see him for a consult. From the research I did on him I found he really is one of the best in his field. His education, credentials, experience etc. are quite impressive.

    He's also got a great bedside manner which is so comforting when you are facing a surgery this major.

    I just had my surgery in January 2006.

    Good luck with finding the right doctor I hope it all goes well for you.

      Thank you so much for the welcomes and the suggestions. I can see that I will spend a lot of time here as I research and then have my surgery. There is just so much to consider!! I value your experience and input.
