That must have been scary, Kara. It probably didn't affect your fusion. Do you have any pain?Sharon, mother of identical twin girls with scoliosis

hi kara...
so sorry to read that you had an accident that caused injury...
the stiffness could just be achiness after a fall....
but i am thinking perhaps you could call your surgeon...
or even your general doctor...and ask to come in for a full
spinal X ray that would show the entire area...
can your mother or someone tell you if you seem to be getting
any bruises in the area that you fell on...?
why not be sure by getting it checked out...
i hope you feel better as the days pass.
jess...and Sparky

hey Kara
hope you can get in to see your surgeon so you
can put your worries to rest....very scary...i hope
the surgeon plus an X ray will show no real damage
and it is just the ache of falling and hitting hard that is
causing you to hurt for a while...
feel better....
hugs from me and Sparky

Kara,
Hope you're feeling better by now & that your doctor has ruled out any damage. My heart goes out to you, as God knows we've been through some doozies with Jacob falling, tripping, catching air, landing on back. etc. Scary stuff. Please let us know how you're doing.
