    Kennedy,
    I have my 2 year appointment on the 16th. I also get a little nervous each time I get x-rays, so you aren't the only one. Keep on working hard in college.

    Fusion T-4-sacrum-2 cages/5 osteotomies
    70 degree thoracolumbar corrected to 25
    Rib Hump-GONE!
    Age-60 at the time of surgery
    Now 66
    Avid Golfer & Tap Dancer
    Retired Kdgn. Teacher

          where i go to school it a work based program

          just the tightness
          it mainly tightness and sometimes pain
          well because when ever i go over to uc davis my blood preussre is high and it not normally high at all and im going to be 21 in febaury and my california children services end when in 21. plus mot importionly after i turn 21 i have to get a tar from partersship of california

            hi Kara
            most doctors and nurses are aware that people can get nervous in
            the doctor's office, and that can make their blood pressure higher
            than normal...

            i do not think you will have any problem with Partnership of CA...
            if there is a lot of paper work to fill out, perhaps your parents can
            help you....
            do you have an advisor or counselor thru your school??
            that might be someone else who could help you...

            any kind of change makes people nervous...
            i had to change insurance plans in November, because of a new
            requirement by NYC for retired employees...
            it made me a little crazy for a few days...
            but i got it done, after making some phone calls to help me figure
            things out...

            i am sure you will be fine...
            just reach out for help when you need it...

              jess it way more complex then that. when i had to have the nasal polyp removed about 8 months ago my doctor's office never sented the thing for the ent at ucdmc until my mom and me made my appt with my gp and she was really mad.

                sorry to hear about the trouble you had with their office...
                sounds like your mother will be the best person to go to
                your appointment with...
                and the one to make sure things are followed up...
