    PT post op

I was also told, no PT needed but after two months I was anxious to start back to my workout routine and wanted to do it safely. I asked for PT at my 3 month post op appt. Went for 12 weeks and it was the best thing I could have done to not only get back on track with my workouts but also to increase mobility.

Two weeks is way to early, in my opinion. Those first six weeks were tough enough!!
