WOW--I think I'd hesitate to climb that thing NOW, at almost 3 years post-op!

I'm glad you had fun, it all sounds fantastic. I know what you mean about that little voice--sometimes I still ignore it and I pay for it for a while with the tightness. SOmetimes it lasts for a week or so and I never think it will go away again, but it always does. I hope you feel better soon.
