Update 2
Hello All,
Thank you very much for your responses! I read them to Jamie and they made her day. Today is day 4 and Jamie is still in the hospital recovering. We got a private room so I could stay with her at all times and I think it was by far worth the extra cost.
Jamie is doing fantastic! She is in a lot of pain and the meds are making her sick but she is handling it very well. She was able to finally hold down solid foods last night and she is making wonderful progress. The Dr's came to check her incision this morning and they are very happy with the results. We know that she is a bit taller but do not know the exact degree of correction just yet.
We are both hoping to be released tomorrow or at the latest Sunday.
Jay
