Way to go Kathy. I am so glad you are doing so well. Keep us posted as to how you are progressing. I am impressed that you are on the forum so soon. I am just now getting on after my neck surgery. I had 3 vertebrae fused, pain, but getting better daily. The big surgery will be scheduled after the neck heals.Chris, Austin, TX

Thanks for all the kind words and encouragement. I can't believe it's over. I was discharged on Friday 8/6, and am now here in the parkway hotel recouperating. I will post more details later.Kathy

posterior T9 to sacrum with pelvic fixation

Kathy, Happy you seem to be doing very well so quickly. I will have surgery with Dr. Bridwell in Feb/March to correct lumbar curve of 56 degrees. I too will be traveling about 7hrs. from Knoxville. Look forward to reading/hearing about your post op days. I'm sure you are happy the surgery os OVER!
