I did finally have the gallbladder removed, it was a cakewalk compared to the spinal fusion I had last year, all is well. When I asked the surgeon who removed my gallbadder if it was possible that there was any connection to my spinal fusion, right away he said no, though when I explained to him that I was on that nutrition IV for quite awhile, there seemed to be a glimmer of yes it could be related in his eyes, anyway, he did not debunk it.

I read someplace that in happens in 11% of A/P surgeries....Gall stone attacks are such a drag. I have to go easy on dairy products and especially cheese now. No biggie, since I have been battling cholesterol for years. Actually, it starts the day you are born.
Its funny, I went to the Dentist the other day and as he was about to insert the needle, he warned me of the prick that was about to happen. I said, "You have to be kidding me?"
You are all set for the 2nd year of your healing...which was basically the "fine tuning" and last 10% of my recovery. It took me 2 years to get to the stage where I didn't feel that I would improve anymore, which I guess is the end of recovery.
Its nice to be over that last hurdle, and into the final stretch.
You made it! Congratulations!

They do them in about 25 minutes through 4 portals. It takes me longer to wash my car. LOL
If something goes wrong, then they put a cut about 4-5 inches long and then can take some time to heal.
I believe it’s the 2nd most performed surgery in North America, and there are You tube videos online that show the procedure.
Once again, you can point your finger at cholesterol.....or lack of beer for that matter.
