I am new to here. I have had really bad back pain in the past 4 years. I am in the army and I think that is what has triggered my pain. I am looking for excersises that won't hurt me. I would really like to get back in shape but it's hard. I can't do any sit-ups and have a lot of other problems. Does anybody else have any excersises that won't hurt.
