I'm 24. I have been doing swimming for a long time but have stopped because I had/have pain when swimming. Does anyone know of some books/articles about scoliosis when related to swimming? I'm not looking to "treat" scoliosis through swimming, but I would love to know how to avoid/minimize muscle pain(I mean typically one side of my back muscles is overloaded) when swimming. Thanks!
