No I doubt anyone would call you ignorant. I think you understand the issues as well as any other bunny in this sandbox. That's driving the mystery for me. The eighth grade thing is clearly irrelevant given what you later accomplished.

Well can't you list both those reasons for talking with me? Are we limited to one?

For example I have two reasons for talking with you:

1. you hold an MPH, and
2. you hold an MPH.

That gives you the tools to get your arms around the issues not that a degree like that is necessary. It is merely sufficient.
