hey everyone! i have been wearing a providence brace for a while, and just recently i started having really bad pain in my left shoulder during the day. its not like right when i get up or anything but just randomly during the day. and i am getting some sharp pains under my rib cage occasionally as well. does anyone else have this pain? i am going to the doctor for my appointment that i have every four months in a few weeks, so i will ask about it and see if maybe i grew and need to get my brace adjusted or something. i will let ya know how my appointment goes! fingers crossed!
