For assistance with driving, I have been using a swivel cushion in the driver's seat which I bought on Amazon. I'm fused T-1 to sacrum and this cushion is a big help in being able to turn to see traffic coming from the side. I wish you the best in your continued recovery.

What a great idea. It sits on the top of your original seat? Is it just for you butt?
