9 days post op/belly issues

I had a distinctly pregnant looking belly for quite some time after the op and don't think it really went down completely for about 6 months. I did have a big anterior lumbar surgery though so everyone's different.

Hope it goes down soon.

Thanks for the hope Pips!! I also had a big anterior surgery. Guess I have a few months to go, since I'm not quite 3 months post op. I want to get my hernia fixed soon, so that I'll be able to strenghten the right side abdominal muscles too.
