Same pants problem...
I had the same problem....
try to get pants that you can put a belt into and fasten the belt over-tight.
It REALLY helps!!!

How about using something like velcro on the brace to create a lip for the pants to catch on?

okay, this may sound really weird, but u may want to try maternity pants. they have fastenable belts in them that will fit right. also, thats really weird, i am from a teeny tiny town in NH

Originally my curves were about 15 and 30
I wear my brace 18-20 hours a day

what town are you from???? i'm from hopkinton. and ya know what else is really weird... my mesurments and stuff sound somewhat like yours and we're both wearing a boston brace...cool huh?
