I think you will be able to dance. It may not look the same as it did before your surgery but you should still be able to enjoy it.
The concert would be up to now you feel about crowds. Remember the fused spine is not apparent to other people but you have to stay on your gaurd. When I go anywhere, I always scan the place to see where to stand or sit so as not to be bumped into. At a concert ,if you can choose your spot , you should be ok.
