Exactly. The more complex cases that are taken on, the more bad outcomes, and thus the more bad reviews. We shouldn't always place blame on the surgeons who do complex revision surgeries. For the most part, they're doing their best to try to improve lives, and we should be grateful that there are some willing to take these surgeries on.
