I will admit that in a major pain situation, like a spasm, vibration does work, but it needs to be strong. I have a lazy boy recliner with heat and vibration and never use it. The vibration is too weak.
I did have a small massage chair before my surgeries that was excellent. It was around a $500 chair and had the kneading rollers built in that when set on high were quite aggressive. I cant seem to find it online, I will have to look tomorrow. I gave it away after my surgeries. I gave all my scoliosis equipment away, but I think my scoliosis ball either blew or rolled away. LOL I think it was a vibrating chair that they claimed would straighten a curve. Built in a basement. And they were charging a lot of money selling these chairs to people who were not aware chiro is nonsense. Chiros have no relevant medical or science training and it shows.
