By the way, I think Scolismart is the latest incantation of the chiro group that keeps inventing expensive treatments that they get people to pay for that never seem to pan out. ScoliosSOS I believe is the group that is pushing Schroth methods, the same methods that has been abandoned by the developer's grandson Weiss, an orthopedic surgeon. I am not sure whether they are PTs or chiros or both.
Scolismart used to be CLEAR. Scolismart are the people behing www.treatscoliosis.com. Scolismart reject Scroth and all braces preferring to mislead us by using the term 'activity suit'.

ScoliosisSOS are Scroth practitioners. In UK they are physiotherapists - it is a sort of derivative of Schroth in that it is targeted scoliosis therapy.

None of these products have evidence of efficacy in the long term and meanwhile they are taking the money of desperate people. Chiros are not trained to treat scoliosis and it shows.
I joined the Scoliosis Warriors Facebook group and read about success stories with the suit.

Here's a chance to get a suit for a lot less than $1500 (you have to go to MO or PA for the fitting).

What do you mean by success story?

They should be paying people to wear the suit since it is in the early experimental stage.

The Scoliosis Warriors group is run by Clayton Stitzel- It is Scolismart. He removes anyone from the group who disagrees or who even asks for evidence. The success stories are nothing more than 'stooges' . You don't even know if they have scoliosis - in any form- in the first place. You can prove it by just questioning him- ask for evidence atc and then watch that suddenly you will no longer have access to the group.

I think those were the guys with the handheld vibrators year ago. You know, like Tim Allen, one on each side of the tool belt. Ha ha

I will admit that in a major pain situation, like a spasm, vibration does work, but it needs to be strong. I have a lazy boy recliner with heat and vibration and never use it. The vibration is too weak.

I did have a small massage chair before my surgeries that was excellent. It was around a $500 chair and had the kneading rollers built in that when set on high were quite aggressive. I cant seem to find it online, I will have to look tomorrow. I gave it away after my surgeries. I gave all my scoliosis equipment away, but I think my scoliosis ball either blew or rolled away. LOL I think it was a vibrating chair that they claimed would straighten a curve. Built in a basement. And they were charging a lot of money selling these chairs to people who were not aware chiro is nonsense. Chiros have no relevant medical or science training and it shows.

there was a big problem with the chair in that it actually exacerbated a thoracic curve. this was the reason that stitxel and Morningstar left and started scolismart. they carried on in the same way about nonsense with no evidence but tried to distance themselves from CLEAR without apologising or acknowleding the damage they did.
i think clear tried to silence stitzel with threat of a lawsuit..

                    i Joy massage chair

This was the massage chair I owned.... It was an " i Joy" chair. Price was around $500.....12 years ago.

                    https://www.amazon.com/Active-Perfec...NXS6TE8T7&th=1

For tax purposes, get your doctor to approve this in writing....

At :53 sec into the video, it shows the rollers which run on various programs which really help with tight scoliosis muscles. The muscles down by my lumbar hump would get so tight and this chair was just incredible at dealing with that.

I had a friend who bought one and after trying it, it was an instant decision. If anyone is interested, I would suggest finding a floor model in a furniture store and trying before buying. Or look for a used one.

My herniation's produced intense nerve related sciatica pain in the hip and leg which this chair obviously could not help with. It was the herniation's, and nerve related radiculopathy that forced me into my surgeries.

                    Hope this helps someone

Just like Chewbacca mom, for the right person, this chair is "worth every penny". (smiley face)
