  • Recommend any personal trainers near Anaheim, CA?

Hello, I am posting to see if any users here would be able to recommend a personal trainer who is knowledgeable about scoliosis when developing a workout plan in order to prevent injury. Thank you.

Not exactly what you're looking for, but this might be worth a try: http://yogaforscoliosis.com/trainer/koren-paalman/

Thank you. Any particular reason you suggest yoga?

Mostly because Yoga for Scoliosis was developed by someone who has scoliosis, and because one can try it without investing a huge amount of money. There are both a book and a video that can be purchased for very little $.

I see. It looks like a good idea to complement something else I'm doing. I'm going to have my primary care do x-rays and then send me off to their physical therapy facility and then maybe adding yoga along would also be beneficial.
