I can't find a static url for the video but it is a post on that FB page on Nov.3 at 2:30 PM if you have to scroll.

Sharon, Wow! that potato salad video wore me out....LOL (Fully fused perspective)

Now I don’t have to do any stretching today. For my cardio, I will take my BMW up to 140MPH, and that should cover my exercise needs for today. (smiley face)

On a different note, do you know anything about baking soda? I have tried using it for heartburn, and it works like a charm. 1/2 teaspoon in a cup of water. Zantac is getting awfully expensive, hope I’m not being too frugal. Also, looking at other possible benefits....

LOL! You have such a wonderful mindset, Ed.

Well I can say I am a big fan of cheaper meds! I spent beaucoup bucks on various thrush remedies for my horse over the years that never really worked. (Thrush is a bacterial infection in hooves.) I finally got rid of it with much cheaper, non-hoof thrush specific stuff from Walgreens... peroxide, betadine, bacitracin, rubbing alcohol, surgical scrub, etc. I also use an antibiotic manufactured for cow mastitis on my horse's hooves because that works but I have to rotate it... the bacteria evolve to resist it if I use it too consistently.

That said, I imagine the only potential issue with baking soda for you might be the sodium hit in 1/2 teaspoon.

There is 2.3 grams of NaHCO3 in 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda. That molecule is 27% by weight sodium so a half teaspoon is about 630 milligrams of sodium. Not sure if that is too much for you or anyone in addition to what you are getting in other stuff.

        Rock on, Ed!

Sharon, I didn’t know you had dairy cows.....how many horses and cows do you have? I remember reading about the foot and mouth situation in England years ago. WOW!

I just tried the baking soda for heartburn the other night, works ok, but I am hesitant to over indulge on un-proven methods. This recent news of Doc Holliday, (Val Kilmer) having cancer got my attention as he is younger than me. The baking soda, cancer thing came up on a search.

My godfather was ingesting Hydrogen Peroxide in the early 1980’s. I would visit him and he would offer me a cocktail of blended veggies with peroxide. I would take a sip and listen to the lecture. He was down in Mexico fighting cancer with these doctors using peroxide and Ozone gas. There were some pretty incredible before and after photos. “Its water with an extra ion of oxygen”. Ok.......

Ah I was very unclear! Horse people use a cow treatment on their horse's hooves because it works. So many horse people use this cow med that it is now stocked in the horse section of some stores also in addition to being in the cow section.

Peroxide and Ozone are strong oxidizing agents. They will decompose healthy tissue along with cancer cells. These chemicals are extremely untargeted. I use peroxide to vaporize bacteria but if it was more concentrated, it would vaporize soft hoof tissue also.

I found it disturbing--didn't watch it to the end. When he sucked his solar plexus in it looked similar to a severe asthma attack; frightening to observe and worse to go through.
