    Lia's surgery

    Hello

    My daughter's surgery is starting now with doctor Asghar at Miami Children Hospital. Please keep us in you prayers.

    I PROMISE she will be fine! Dr Asghar is a phenomenal surgeon! Please update us on how it goes.

    By tomorrow she will be walking. By monday he will be basically back to normal if that helps ease your mind. Wait until Monday or Tuesday, clowns will come and visit her and will make you and Lia smile! This is a scary experience but trust me in the end it will be all worth it!

    Lia's surgery

    The surgery last more than 8 hours. She is now at ICU with every vital sign ok.

    Surgery March 3, 2009 at almost 58, now 63.

    Lia´s surgery

    Hi

    Lia is in day 2 pos op. Dr Asghar came this morning and told us she is doing well. She left ICU last night and continues with IV morphine, tylenol, and antibiotics.

    She will start walking tomorrow.

    Keep her in you prayers.
