    Omg it for real I'm going to be 3 years Postop from my Posterior spinal fusion. It been a tough recovery. I'm now feeling really good with my back not hurting every day

        Congrats!

        Congratulations Katie & Cara! Both of y'all were so much help in our journey - we are actually on the highway right now, headed for Jacob's one-year follow up. Amazing to reflect back on where we were just 12 months ago - so grateful for surgery, surgeon & recovery! And the forum!
