I'm slowly building my own little house gym to excercise, been having "fun" with the Swiss Ball and meaning to install Swedish wall bars, does anyone have a book, or better still, a DVD to recommend on wall bars excercises (assuming a lot of hanging involved..)?

I got the Schroth book but never been to a Schroth centre and I struggle to understand which excercises would be good for my condition (lower left curve and compensatory upper right), when it's said "concave" for instance I can't work out if it's meant concave lower or upper angle... is there any DIY enthusiasts out there? Could we possibly keep a thread where we specifically share and discuss particular excercises (bars, stability ball, torsions..) in detail?
