    Yes I know you guys are right, I tend to push myself a bit too hard sometimes. I have to daily remind myself of what my body has been through and I'm learning how to listen to what it needs. I think that's one of the major things this experience is teaching me...to listen to my body and trust it. We are amazing beings...our bodies know what they need to heal themselves and function we just need to listen and respond accordingly.
