  • Tai Chi or Qigong

Has anyone tried Tai Chi or Qigong since surgery (I'm sure some have).
Did you find a benefit to these classes? I went to my first one and shared on my blog about it, www.scoliosisthejourney.com. My thought was it should be good for my stretching and toning in a very gentle way for my body. Is this correct? How does it compare to Yoga? I have not done Yoga before either.
Trying some new things to help with the soreness and stiffness in my back.
    Thanks! Shari B.
