  • Surgery tomorrow 2/9/10

Well we are here. Tomorrow my DD will have her surgery. I wanted to stop in and thank everyone for the support we have both received here. I really don't know how I would have gottten to this point without all the help and support this forum offers. I've read and said prayers with others as people and parents have gotten to this point and the positive outcomes everyone has had on the other side has been encouraging.

    Thank you!!

See you on the other side. Health and healing to all.

Good luck to you both tomorrow. We will all be thinking about you. You will BOTH do just fine. Congrats on making it to the other side. I, for one, am looking forward to being in your shoes some day soon, I hope. Again, besta luck to you. Be sure to drop us a note as soon as you are able.

Katlin's surgery went well. I'm waiting in the family room of PICU during the nurse shift change and wanted to send an update.

She is on the healing side now. I'll update more later, but wanted to say thanks for the prayers and well wishes.
