So I have a blog about my life with scoliosis. I have a small reader base of my friends and family but none of them have scoliosis. Has anyone tried Tai Chi or Qigong since surgery (I'm sure some have).
Did you find a benefit to these classes? I went to my first one and shared on my blog about it, www.scoliosisthejourney.com. My thought was it should be good for my stretching and toning in a very gentle way for my body....
