    Broken Rod

    I noticed someone said if your rod is broken get it taken out. Mine broke within two years after my surgery. It is still in place and itself has not caused any problems.

    Lots of Lumbar problems

    You might try getting an exercise ball and just lying down on your abdomen to get a mild stretch on your lumbar area.
    I have had to get surgery on my lumbar region-not a good situation

    University of Miami Spine Instutite

    I ended up seeing Dr.Seth Williams who mainly does lumbar work and was satisfied. Did you have a problem with Dr. Lebwhol ? Just curious in case I have to return.
