Lynne - can you please tell me what you mean exactly by less bendy? What can you NOT do now??? I am having surgery 3/31 and now I work out and do yoga...not sure if I will ever be able to do that afterwards? My curve is similar to how yours was. Congrats!

Congradulations My surgery is 3/11. Now it seems that my pain is getting worse so I am actually getting excited about the surgery. When I first had my date I was anxious , now I am excited to be getting closer to feeling better

I have the same question. About being less "bendy." I know Ive read a few posts on here about people still being able to golf. Man I really hope I can still do that after surgery. It always seemed golfing actually helped get some relief on my back by the twisting motion. It would loosen it up I guess. At the same time, sometimes it really made my back sore as well.

                Lynn,

One more question...how long until you could begin doing any kind of physical activity/exercise? Also, do you have before and after pics???

                  Lynn

Judging by the length of the woo hoo, sounds like you are doing great! LOL

With your recovery, would you say you are fully recovered?

                      Janet,

One year is quite a milestone,, and the fact that you do seem so happy, one can only congratulate you!!!

I had a longer recovery, but I sometimes am amazed that as the months go on, how much more I can do!!!

                      Never give up,
                      All My best, Shari

                        That's great Lynn.

I just noticed that I am getting the exact same levels fused as you.

I hope I do as well as you are
