Has anyone ever heard of Dr. Pashman at Cedars Sinai in LA? I really liked him. I just had my first consultation with him and after 3 opinions, and him being my 4th, is the one I feel comfortable with. Please let me know.

Debbie, do a "search" on top of the screen and you'll see a number of people have seen him or had him as their surgeon. Good luck! Lynn

I had surgery with Dr Pashman and can share an opinion based on my own experience. I found him to be very professional and conscientious. His entire office staff are excellent. The care at Cedars was not exceptional but certainly adequate. I think that the anesthesiologist, Dr Louie, was the weakest link and that would be my only complaint. I met with many surgeons before making a decision and remain convinced that Dr Pashman was the best choice. I hold him in high regard.
I felt very comfortable with Dr. Pashman when I went for my consultation. I have had 3 previous opinions and I really like him. Thanks for the reassurance. I am looking at Oct./Nov. for surgery.

Best of luck to you with your surgery. If you have a chance, you might want to speak with Jenny at his office. She has been through the surgery herself and is very reassuring. Also, ask them about banking blood. That was the one thing I didn't plan for......Wishing you well!
Dr. Pashman was the 3rd specialist we saw and the surgeon we chose. My 13 year old daughter is scheduled for her surgery with him on June 25. We will travel to Cedars-Sinai from Northern California because he won my confidence, his office staff was wonderful, and all the research I did on him was very positive.
Thank you for your replies. I asked Dr. Pashman about donating my own blood and he said that it would not be necessary. I spoke with Jenny for support and she was very helpful. Sashha, best wishes for your daughter's surgery. He seems to be a pretty confident surgeon. I really like him too.
