    Hi,
I too have a back brace but it is not a milwaukee brace, I think mine is a TLSO (not sure if thats the right spelling). Last year I got my brace and was uncomfortable for a week or so but now when I sleep I dont even think about it. What I do to keep me comportble when i sleep is put a small pillow betwwen my legs so even out my spine and my legs. Eventually she will get used to it. I have to wear mine to school and I have to feel my back to see if I am wearing it :'). Good luck!
