I don't know about other support groups, but I've tried to get parents and adolescents/teens involved in my own group for years. I think that the problem is that they usually need a support group for a relatively short period of time (in comparison to adults). Since they go to meetings one or twice, they're not around when the next parents/kids come along. So, it's sort of a Catch-22.
