At my 4-month post op appointment my surgeon said I could start taking them. I don't as I would rather wait 8-months to a year since I've read posts here saying other surgeons say that. But, he did say it was OK at 4-months.Decompression surgery L4/L5

You should check with your surgeon. My surgeon allows NSAIDs at the 3M mark.Never argue with an idiot. They always drag you down to their level, and then they beat you with experience. --Twain
