Yes! I received blood after both of my surgeries. Bones when they are cut into, tend to bleed. Some people tend to bleed more than others.

Teens tend to get their period the day after surgery. I got mine a week after. All the trauma makes our bodies do weird things.age 48

I started my period (despite the fact that I had just had one), the day after my first surgeries. I think it's actually more common for people to get their periods close to surgery than to not get it.Never argue with an idiot.
