That is quite a pesentation you found! I think they mislabeled it as an interview though.

Interesting comment from Boachie-Adjei:

"You can live the rest of your life with a 50 degree thoracic curve. "


There's that frequently mentioned fifty degree thoracic curve again.

A great presentation, Mamamax! Thank you.

I think it's an interview in that it's him presenting a talk with illustrative slides. True there aren't any Q & A until the very end. I am getting the message that his genius is individualizing the length and type of fusion. There seem to be NO "rules of thumb" for him. Everyone's different and he's experimenting and changing all the time according to what works/did NOT work..

The only constant I picked up throughout (we all notice what applies to us) is the anterior reinforcement for those with special lordosis problems.. :eek:
