  • A little science humor

There have certainly been a lot of discussions on the validity of certain therapies and articles and doctors, etc... Here's a comic I came across about article language. I'll admit to at least five of these. The last one is particularly appropriate for scoliosis research.

As a side note, if you are in grad school, or have ever been in grad, or will ever be in grad school, you need to check out PhD comics. It's not really an overstatement to say that it helped me get through grad school. So funny and so true.

That's only funny AFTER you get out of grad school with your doctorate.

Getting some time and distance beyond grad school makes some things a lot clearer.

I only did the grunt work for three years as an undergrad and I think it's hilarious! Although I can say that because it wasn't my "behind" on the line. My mentor, as I call her, and I are still good friends. It's amazing how you "think" things will go and then the direction takes a complete change because you discover XXX et al. was correct. But I am happy to say that my friend did get tenure.
        Be happy!
