Breathing helps with relaxation.
I was on a scary flight in a snowstorm with the plane shuttering and the guy next to me said "breathe Ed breathe"
I started laughing. What else are you going to do?
Its the same thing with up coming surgeries. Try not to freak out, it really isn't worth it. We all eventually become "zombies" and are totally uncommunicative at the end, especially with non scolis who don't have a clue.
Go on a surgical diet, and eat good foods. You want your immune system strong. This is important.
I gained 4 inches in height.
