  • In your view, is this AZ Spine gonna be any good?

Just by chance I found this equipment, they don't mention anywhere in their website the word "scoliosis" (which says it all really...), but I just wondered, in your opinion, could it have any benefits at all for us as well?

I'd particularly appreciate the opinion of independent and knowledgeable (specialists even better forum members. Thanks a lot

Okay, no replies, fair enough. And if I left out the bit where I only ask for unbiased professional opinions and welcomed ANY opinion whatsoever, would I get some sort of reply?
The d^mn thing was shown on a BBC widely popular programme some weeks ago. Cheers

Alistair. In my opinion, for anybody with spine problems, it looks like it might exacerbate them. For anybody without a spine problem, it looks good for core muscles, arm and shoulder muscles.

There you go, I got my answer:

SpineX is the fitness machine for strengthening and maintaining of healthy spine.

It is not recommended for therapeutic purposes, as each back problem is very individual and a licensed physician only who is familiar with you particular condition may give you a recommendation how to treat your problem. Please consult your doctor. We can send on request to your doctor clinical research report.
        Best regards,
        Customer relation team.

          Alistair,

Frankly, I watched the video and it hurt just to watch it. The position that the spine is in during the "work out" looks very uncomfortable, even for a normal spine
