    Hello Everyone!

I was just wondering if anybody on here that is wearing a providence brace is also doing physical theropy. I have had chiropractors tell me that i would benifit from it, but my main doctor wasnt too fond of the idea. Anyone have any advice for mee? Thanks

    Question physical therapy

    Hello!
I noticed that you are from Florida, so am I, I live in Melbourne. But anyway, I can tell you that with our experience, my daughter has had great success with PT. Her curve is now at about 56 and when we were first diagnoses two years ago, we started PT to keep her core muscles strong because that will help with posture, flexibility, and strength. We feel that by keeping her physically fit that it will also benefit her when it is time for surgery. I do hope this helps in some sort of small way. You didn't mention your degree of curve, would you mind sharing that?
