Your post triggered my phone call and I went down and had my neck adjusted at my Chiropractor. After 19 months, my neck was pretty stiff, and the adjustment was just what the Doctor ordered.

All I've been saying for the last few hours is "wow" what a relief.

The first adjustment is done prone, with the twist of the neck. I actually had to tell him to twist harder to get it to go. The second is supine, same thing with the twists.

Chances are, you will be done the same way for your neck. I will go down on Friday for another adjustment. It will take a few visits.

Thank you for being a catalyst.

I hope that your adjustments help you out.
