I have a Harrington rod since 1982. I am 34 and my back feels very tired. What are the best exercises with the rod? I feel like I need to stretch and snap some bones into place, including my neck and right hip/pelvic muscles. Can anyone help!!!

Anna...
We're all so unique that I've found that very few of us can ever agree on what works best. I'd recommend that you try to find a good physical therapist in your area who can design exercises that are right for you.

Hi Anna, I agree with Laura, I think it was about finding a Physical Therapist in your area. It was very helpful for me.
Just out of curiosity, since I am 39 years old and had surgery in1984, you sound similar. How much of your spine is fused? And did you have any other surgeries?
I'm just looking for support!
